How it Works

Once a month the driver:

  • Downloads the data using a USB memory “key”
  • emails (download@totaltrucking.com) the file or places the memory “key” in a trip envelope with his fuel receipts
  • Turns the envelope in to company who sends to TTML for processing

Two types of service for data processing:

Full Service Option

  

Data Only Option
 

TTML files all IFTA / mileage tax returns

    

TTML sends data to carrier and carrier completes all IFTA / mileage tax returns
